The product was delivered on time. I am disappointed that NaviHua did not supply any information with the product. There was no paperwork. No installation information. No user manual. No diagrams of where the harness and sockets are connected. In fact all there was in the box was the unit and the harnesses. Because of lack of manuals I have not installed the product so I cannot review the quality of the product. I have asked Fiona from NaviHua to send me the literature on the product but has not responded to my request. The after sales service from NaviHua is very poor. Before I purchased the product Fiona from NaviHua was very responsive and very quick in replying to my requests. Now that I have purchased and received the product, NavHua doesn't want to communicate with me anymore. I am still waiting to receive information from NaviHua so that I can install the product. Please inform NaviHua that I am still waiting for installation information so that I can install the product.
